- Explore the methods, practice and application of public history. Examine the role of public historians in preserving and presenting history to broader audiences.
- Analyze the practice of public history in museums and other cultural heritage sites and explore strategies for effectively conveying historical narratives within museum spaces.
- Discover applications of public history such as oral history as a tool for documenting lived experiences and marginalized voices. Reflect on the importance of digital tools and platforms to create engaging historical content for public consumption.
- Explore the challenges and opportunities associated with heritage conservation and community activism.
- Public History in Practice: Apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios through project-based learning experiences to develop and implement public history initiatives, such as exhibits, walking tours, and educational programs.
