In this module, Stand Up, Speak Out: Practical Approaches to Disrupting Discrimination, you will learn the importance of disrupting and interrupting racism and other forms of discrimination. You will also learn specific strategies for recognizing and addressing discriminatory behaviors and biases as they arise in the workplace, during interactions with families, and within the broader community. You will explore practical tools for creating a more inclusive and equitable environment, including how to effectively intervene in moments of bias or discrimination and how to foster positive change. By the end of this module, you will be better equipped to act with confidence in promoting justice and equity in your professional practice.
